WQAA – Certification Deadline Reminder

Date: May 13, 2021

ATTENTION Public Water Utilities (those with >500 service connections): Per Section 6 of the WQAA, certification is required in writing each year to the NJDEP and Board of Public Utilities stating the applicable public water system is in compliance with federal and state drinking water regulations. The certification deadline of October 16th is quickly approaching. See NJDEP link for Certification Form
