Mr. Frank M. Corrente joined SCE in April 2017 as the Human Resources Department Manager. Mr. Corrente’s professional career spans thirty-six years and he brings over twenty-eight years of law enforcement experience, twenty years of which were at the executive level responsible for the oversight of a 200-person accredited Law Enforcement Agency. Upon retirement, he assumed the role of Human Resource Department Manager for the County of Morris with oversight of a work force in excess of 1,800 active and approximately 2,000 retired employees. Once joining SCE’s Management Team, Mr. Corrente developed and implemented a full-services Human Resource Program. This program fully integrates SCE’s Mission to deliver exceptional client care through exceptional employee care. This program includes employee recruiting and hiring, training and staff development, administration of employee benefits program and retaining historical human resource records. Mr. Corrente is also responsible for ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and handling employee conflict resolutions. Further, Mr. Corrente acts as SCE’s Safety Administrator. Under this role, Mr. Corrente has reviewed and provided input on the company’s approved Safety Plan, where he has worked with Managers and Principals within the company to ensure proper OSHA requirements are maintained.
