Ms. Diana L. Coker joined SCE in August 2005 and currently serves as the company’s Vice President and Accounting Department Manager. Ms. Coker has over thirty years of experience within the accounting field and is responsible for all of SCE’s daily accounting operations and maintains critical relationships with our Clients, proving to be a valuable asset to SCE. Ms. Coker works directly alongside with SCE’s Department Managers and Project Leads to ensure the best possible service to our Clients. Ms. Coker supports the Department Managers and Project Managers with all aspects of project accounting. She efficiently coordinates and processes all monthly invoices for each SCE Office and is responsible for accounts receivable. Ms. Coker reviews employee expense reports, timesheets, mileage logs, project schedules, and assignments. Additionally, her daily workload consists of ensuring projects are set-up in accordance with company standards and that they adhere to the billing terms in the project contract. She efficiently and effectively reviews contract terms and conditions and work break down of engineering projects to ensure overall compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures.
