Internship Program
SCE prides ourselves on our Internship program and the mentorship we provide to students to set them up for success. Interns are exposed to multiple disciplines within SCE and are directly involved in both office & field work to provide well-rounded experience. As a member of our team, expect to work hard, be challenged, expand your capabilities, and be rewarded for your individual / team talents and contributions. We have been successful with using this program as our talent pipeline for entry level professionals to join full-time upon graduation.

2021 Best Firms to Work for
The 2021 Best Firms To Work For Awards is the largest employee experience survey in the architecture, engineering, environmental, planning, and construction (AEC) industry. The program, which honors outstanding workplaces at AEC firms, evaluates them on culture, workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, professional development, and more – from both management and staff perspectives. Awards were given in multiple categories based on firm size and discipline. This survey was conducted in an effort to provide all SCE team members with a positive workplace experience and allow Leadership access to review the results to assist in identifying areas where improvements can be made.
