Title: Designer (Water/Wastewater)

Reports to: Senior Designer or Department Manager

Location: NJ Based (Flanders, Wall, or Hackensack, NJ Offices)’

 

Brief Description:

Under direction, routinely performs all basic design tasks and does other related duties as required. Is knowledgeable of state and local regulations and has some experience with municipal engineering, water/wastewater engineering and site design. Must have the ability to organize assigned work and develop effective work methods.

Exampled of work/duties:

  • Collects data.
  • Performs standard computations or analysis.
  • Prepares drawings and visual aids.
  • Prepares permits.

Requirements (education, licensing, certifications, etc.):

  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0-4 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD (AutoCAD Civil 3D experience a plus).

This is a full-time position located at one of our NJ Offices (Flanders, Wall, or Hackensack, NJ). The work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
